Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Big James online purchase, you may return or exchange your order for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original product. Big James will ship a replacement at no added cost for orders in the continental United States.

To start a return or exchange, please contact robert@big-james.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange" and your order number. Products must be returned UNUSED and in the original packaging. Please pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

Unless you have requested an exchange, the value of returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. (Shipping is non-refundable and will not be credited.) Refunds are typically reflected on credit card statements within 7 to 14 days of issue. We will contact you when your return request has been processed.
